School handbooks help students understand and manage emotions, reduce stress, prevent bullying, and create a safe, positive learning environment

Emotional management guide for primary school students aged 6 to 11

The primary school years are when children begin to develop emotional awareness but often lack the language and skills to express or regulate their feelings appropriately. Emotions such as sadness, anger, fear, or anxiety are usually shown through behavior rather than words.

This handbook is developed based on the SEL (Social–Emotional Learning) approach and aims to support students in:

  • Recognizing their own basic emotions
  • Understanding that all emotions are normal responses
  • Learning simple, safe, and age-appropriate ways to regulate emotions

The content is presented in child-friendly language with clear, relatable examples, helping children express their feelings and seek support from adults when needed, rather than suppressing emotions or acting impulsively.

The handbook does not aim to teach children to “control” or “eliminate” emotions, but to help them gradually build a healthy emotional foundation within the school environment.

Social–Emotional Learning Handbook for Secondary School Students

At the secondary school level, students enter a period of intense emotional and physical development, while their ability to regulate themselves and evaluate situations remains limited. Emotions often arise quickly and strongly, and can easily become overwhelming if they are not recognized and supported in time

This handbook is designed to support secondary school students

  • Recognize significant emotional changes within yourself
  • Understand the difference between temporary emotions and lasting emotions
  • Learn basic emotional regulation techniques that are grounding and stabilizing, and suitable for the school environment
  • Know when to share and seek support from trusted adults

This material serves an educational purpose combined with initial psychological support, and is not a therapy program or a psychological assessment.

The main goal is to help students avoid prolonged emotional overload, while reducing the risk of emotional avoidance or suppression during this sensitive stage of development.

A mental health support handbook for
High School Students

High school students face multiple pressures at the same time, including academic demands, future direction, family expectations, and social relationships. At this stage, emotions are not only immediate experiences but are also closely tied to personal identity, values, and one’s sense of the future.

This handbook is designed to support high school students.

  • Recognize early signs of emotional overload and prolonged stress
  • Access emotional regulation techniques and initial psychological stabilization skills
  • Clearly understand the boundary between coping on your own and knowing when to seek support
  • Reduce the risk of facing difficulties alone or responding in extreme ways when challenges arise

This material focuses on prevention and mental health support within the school setting, and does not replace professional assessment or intervention.

The goal is to help students maintain psychological safety, learning capacity, and personal development during this critical transition period before entering adulthood.

A mental health support workshop for everyone.

This workshop is designed as a safe and supportive space where participants can pause, listen to themselves, and learn healthy ways to care for their mental well-being. In the midst of a fast-paced life filled with pressure, anxiety, and stress, the workshop helps you better understand your emotions, recognize signs of stress and mental burnout, and learn how to face them in a positive and constructive way.

Through sharing activities, group discussions, and simple practical exercises, participants will gain essential skills to manage emotions, build balance in their lives, and strengthen their ability to care for their mental well-being. No prior professional knowledge is required. This workshop is open to anyone seeking understanding, connection, and emotional renewal.

The workshop can be held either online or in person, offering flexibility for participants in different circumstances. Regardless of the format, the goal remains the same: to provide a gentle, respectful, and empathetic experience where you do not have to face your inner struggles alone.
