EDUCATION VOLUNTEER

As an Education Volunteer, you will help build knowledge, skills, and sustainable programs that empower both our Hotline volunteers and the wider community to better care for mental health.
What You Will Do

Enhance the capacity of Crisis Hotline volunteers through training and educational support.

Develop and support workshop programs for the community, organizations, and businesses.

Conduct research and contribute to project development, particularly for fundraising and long-term initiatives.

Help ensure educational content is thoughtful, evidence-informed, and aligned with mental health best practices.
Who We’re Looking For

Individuals with a background in or currently studying Psychology, Social Work, Education, Healthcare, or related fields.

Strong skills in literature research, academic writing, or drafting project documents.

Someone who highly respects confidentiality principles, especially within a mental health environment.

A committed volunteer willing to accompany the project for at least 6 months to support continuity in research and training.

An eager learner who is open-minded, collaborative, and able to work effectively within a team.
