Role Responsibilities:

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for promoting HOPE’s mission and services to various stakeholders. This role includes giving presentations at schools and community organizations, conducting outreach activities, and developing promotional materials. You will actively engage with potential partners, gather feedback from the community, and assist in the development of marketing strategies to enhance visibility. Your efforts will play a critical role in expanding our reach and building lasting relationships.

Required Education and/or certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Certification in sales, marketing, or nonprofit management.

Experience:

Proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the nonprofit sector.

Skills:

Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.

Strong networking abilities and relationship-building expertise.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Job Related Physical Requirements:

Ability to travel locally for presentations and events, with some physical
activity involved in setting up for events and meetings.
