IT VOLUNTEER<\/strong><\/p>\n

Technology can be a bridge to safety, support, and timely help.
As an IT Volunteer, you will help build and maintain a secure, reliable digital foundation that ensures people in crisis can quickly access support while presenting our work professionally to international partners and sponsors.<\/p>\n

What You Will Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • \n

    Edit, optimize, and maintain the interface and features of our websites, including hyvongsong.com and the new domain hopeline.vn<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure stable, secure, and user-friendly website operation (UI\/UX), with a strong focus on quick and clear access for people in crisis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Research, develop, and integrate a Chatbot system powered by Artificial Intelligence (such as the ChatGPT API) directly into the website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support ongoing improvements to website performance, security, and scalability.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Who We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Volunteers with knowledge or experience in Web Programming (WordPress, HTML\/CSS, JavaScript, or related frameworks).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Understanding of API integration and Chatbot development; experience with the OpenAI API is a major advantage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Someone with a strong information security mindset, especially due to the sensitive nature of mental health data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      A responsible individual who fully commits to absolute confidentiality of organizational and user information.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      A problem-solver who is willing to explore new technological solutions to address social and mental health challenges.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Commitment to accompany the project for at least 6 months to ensure product completion and continuity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
